Please note: this calendar is an aide to those wishing to book the hall and, as such, only shows those events taking place in the hall itself; it does not include village events and meetings of clubs and societies that take place in other venues, e.g. choir, gardening club or church events and services. For these, please refer to the newsletter.
On this calendar, dates and times for clubs, classes and societies will be correct for the upcoming month. Future months are correct as far as we know but liable to change, so dates will only be put on the calendar for the upcoming two to three months. Private bookings and one-off events are shown as soon as possible after booking and are correct unless the hirer amends details.

Who is Morgan La Fay?
The oldest stories of Morgan – and Morgan means sea-born – is that she lives on an island of apples with her eight sisters, and occasionally comes to this world.
Then there’s the story of Modron, the Washer at the Ford. Some say that Modron and Morgan were the same goddess, like a Celtic Mother Goddess.
And we’ve got lots of stories in the Arthurian tradition where Morgan La Fay is the malevolent one, who’s trying to destroy Arthur. She even has a hand in the story of Gawain and the Green Knight.
Storyteller Cath Little is coming to North Wales this weekend with her new show: MORGAN LA FAY
Join one of Wales’ foremost storytellers to re-imagine the myth of Morgan, goddess of Annwfn, as The Celtic Mother Goddess, Sorceress and Witch.
