Series of 3 Autumn Continuum Movement classes – open to all. It is possible to join a single class or all classes. No previous experience is needed – just a curiosity about movement, inner exploration and a willingness to inquire deeply into our direct experience.

Sunday 1st December 7pm-9pm (arrive from 6.30pm for a cup of herbal tea).
This unique yoga ceremony, somewhere between a soundbath and a workshop, will help you release tension and deeply relax, assisted by the healing sounds of many instruments including didgeridoo, drums and guitar. Expect a mix of yoga, free movement, meditation, chanting and stillness.
Please bring your own mat, cushion and blanket.
